Here at Village Candle Store SA (Spunk Décor (Pty) Ltd), we are committed to your total satisfaction and want you to know we truly value your business.

If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, please e-mail us at admin@villagecandlestore.co.za.

Please note the following terms and conditions:

  • BURNED OR DAMAGED CANDLES CANNOT BE RETURNED, unless specifically requested or pre-authorised directly by a Village Candle Store SA (Spunk Décor (Pty) Ltd) customer service representative.
  • Please, DO NOT throw item(s) or original packing away. It is necessary that you retain the item(s) to be returned so that we may assess the item(s) for damage or Quality Assurance.
  • If there is a problem with the item(s) received, or if the item(s) received had been damaged in the delivery process, please contact us at admin@villagecandlestore.co.za and provide us with photos of the damaged item(s) within 24 hours of receipt of the item(s) from our third party courier partner.

When contacting us about your purchase, please supply the following information on your e-mail:

  • Date of purchase;
  • Date of physical receipt/ delivery;
  • Invoice number or reference number obtained at the time of placing the online order;
  • Description of item: Fragrance, Size, Type of Product;
  • Description of nature of problem or concern; and
  • For damaged product(s) – Photographic proof of damage is required for processing.

Once we have received the abovementioned required information, and once we have opened a claim for further investigation, a customer service representative will be in contact with you for further follow-up and resolution.
