Village Candle Store SA (Spunk Décor (Pty) Ltd) makes use of third party logistics and courier companies to deliver your order to you.

Delivery is free of charge on all orders equal to, or exceeding R 2000.00 in value, irrespective of the geographic area within South Africa.  

A delivery charge to the value of R 70.00 including VAT is applicable to orders of less than R 2000.00, delivered to the following geographic areas:

  • Gauteng Province.

A delivery charge to the value of R 100.00 including VAT is applicable to orders of less than R 2000.00, delivered to all other Provinces in South Africa, listed below:

  • Eastern Cape;
  • Free State;
  • Kwa-Zulu Natal;
  • Limpopo;
  • Mpumalanga;
  • Northern Cape;
  • North West; and
  • Western Cape.

The delivery fees charged to our online shoppers remain as flat fees, irrespective of the number of products ordered, free delivery applies to orders which is equal to, or exceeds R 2000.00 in value, and is only applicable to deliveries within South Africa.

We want your shopping experience to be easy and enjoyable. We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Order processing times are 1 to 3 business days. Once your order is processed you can expect an estimated ship time of between 7 and 10 business days. Please note that we can not ship orders on Saturdays and Sundays, as our third party courier partners do not generally consider these to be business days.

The abovementioned time lines are dependent on order volumes in queue, to be processed at Village Candle Store as well as delivery volumes experienced at our third party courier partners.

Village Candle Store SA is not responsible for incorrect information entered online by an individual customer.

Please double check all data inputs for accuracy upon order placement. We recommend that you review your data to ensure that your complete contact information, phone number, billing address, ship to address and email address have been typed and entered properly, prior to confirming your online order. Any typographical errors can result in a delay of shipment of your order, or could result in your order being delivered to the incorrect address.

Should you need to reroute a package you are required to contact us for our authorisation and assistance. You may reach us at admin@villagecandlestore.co.za.

Inaccurate shipping address information entered by a customer, may result in additional fees, which would have to be borne by the customer. These additional fees are charged by the third party courier for rerouting the package to an alternative address. Payment by the individual placing the online order is made directly to Village Candle Store SA (Spunk Décor (Pty) Ltd), and is required prior to rerouting the package. Unfortunately there are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERROR REALISED AFTER FINALISING AN ORDER:

Please notify us immediately via e-mail on admin@villagecandlestore.co.za to correct the inaccurate information.

A charge will not be levied IF the order has not been processed and shipped. Unfortunately charges will still apply for late notification on orders that have already been processed and shipped, as the third party courier company will levy charges should the package be in their possession and any changes needs to be made.
